Janis Heigl
Janis Heigl, Founder and CEO of Educational Solutions, has been a leader in education for more than 40 years, transforming standards-based instruction and improving student outcomes. A graduate of Oregon State University and Pacific Oaks College, Janis has impacted school districts across the U.S. and internationally. Janis and her team specialize in creating customized mathematics programs tailored to each district's needs, driving measurable improvements in WASL scores through innovative, three-year partnerships. With a deep commitment to excellence, Janis delivers lasting results in math education.

Jason Bragg
Jason Bragg has been inspiring students to see the beauty in math for more than 20 years. With a background as a middle and high school math teacher and six years as a district math coach and curriculum specialist, Jason’s innovative approach makes math engaging and accessible. As part of the Educational Solutions team, he has worked with school districts to transform math instruction and boost student achievement. Originally from Colorado, Jason now calls Florida home, where he enjoys life with his wife and three daughters.

Angie Schaal
Angie Schaal, Ed.S., is an innovative leader in education dedicated to advancing curriculum and educator development. As Executive Director of Teaching and Learning at Bowling Green City Schools, she drives instructional excellence for 285 educators, enhancing student outcomes. A champion for literacy, Angie’s implementation of Structured Literacy boosted K-3 proficiency by 24% in her previous district. She has also trained over 500 educators in the Science of Reading across Ohio. Angie lives in Ohio with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
